Iodotropheus sprengerae Oliver & Loiselle, 1972, a small mbuna cichlid endemic to the southeast arm of Lake Malawi (Lake Nyasa). This specimen (now in Yale University's Peabody Museum of Natural History, YPM 14254) was collected at Boadzulu Island by M.K. Oliver and party, 15-Aug-1971. This species is assessed as Vulnerable in the IUCN Red List. Photo by M.K. Oliver
